Our Quality team works very closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to achieve precise control and manufacturing limits to meet our customer's requirements. By involving our quality team very early in the APQP process, customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained at a very high service level.
We maintain Quality Control resources on all manufacturing shifts and continually monitor the product at all work centers. Advanced measurement equipment and calibrated gauging are used by our quality assurance department to satisfy our customer's expectations.
Final Audits, Internal Audits, and Layered Audits are conducted by our associates to continually monitor and improve our process.
